This is a good laptop for my needs. It is used primarily for uncomplicated business tasks and on-line searches, and has performed well for these tasks.

This is the second one that I purchased from Best Buy and it was very easy to set up. I had everything that I needed as far as the operating system and I would purchase another one very reasonably priced.

This product was easy to set up and initialize. The graphics are clear. Windows 11 for Windows 10 users may be a learning curve, but you can catch on quickly. It is very fast!

Wonderful product. Fast and reliable. I wish the option of an Ethernet wired connection, were available, along with a DVD/CD player.

Having kept an old laptop too long, we were afraid that learning to operate this new one might be difficult. It has been a smooth transition and the instructions are clear and simple.

Basically I love the product. It's design and layout features are great. The price is very affordable for what you're getting. I would recommend this computer to everyone.
