I bought this HP LAPTOP because it was an HP n it was sold by B B n I thought I could set it by myself but had nothing but trouble so I took it to my local computer repair shop n found out that the operating system was broken/bad so since I had it there I had them load all the apps that I wanted, I dropped it off at 10 am n picked it backup at 2 pm that afternoon, some people asked me why I didn't take it back to B B n I told them that if I did I didn't know how long it would take so i took it to some one I knew n they got it done PRONTO n they charged me just a bench fee $75.00

The new HP model is easy to use,with ease,it has many features and I had my old model HP for 8 years. It was time to upgrade.

Really bad customer service at the store . Product not as i expected

its ok for me i am no wizard on a computer compared to the way i see young people use a computer

The computer is decent however I didn’t realize it only had 8 GB of RAM when I ordered it. Other than that, it’s a decent computer If all you plan to do is surf the Internet. It is not good for anything other than basics. If you want to edit videos or stream videos, I was suggest finding a computer with much more RAM.

It does the job. The video card seems slow and I get a "High Memory Usage" warning, often suprises me. I don't load up with a lot of open tabs and most of them are text only, no running video. I do a warm boot and that seems to clear things up for a while.

Have bought 2 17" HP Laptops, both of them the case cracked at the hinges. HP was no help in fixing this known problem.

I bought it 3 years ago I3 is super slow ,better get something higher

I had this for 11 months. They had to send it out of state to replace the motherboard. 11 months later it went out again. Warranty after repair was for 90 days. Save your $$$$. Should have replaced the computer after the 1st time. Terrible customer service!
