4 apts. to get it. Lasted 8 days, Froze up and nothing worked, Had to just unplug it, Called Geek Squad 3 times to make apt,, to take it back for service. No response, no help, I have a BRAND NEW HP 17.3" that does nothing but sit in a case,

Still working. Very good for my needs. Usually internet browsing and Youtube. Good battery life.

I bought one, and returned it. Bought another one, and returned it. Both had the same issue. You couldn't turn off "S Mode" which inhibits you from downloading anything that isn't from the Microsoft store. I couldn't download AdBlock, I couldn't download Firefox, and both were a deal breaker for me. If you want to be dictated to, by Bill Gates, on what you can and cannot do on your computer, then this is a nice machine. If not, I'd give it a hard pass. I did by a Lenovo and the BB Geek Squad guys were great.

The machine itself was a joy, but unless you want to feel like Bill Gates is in your living room (and everywhere else you take this laptop), Windows 11 is NOT for you. We returned it because of the overall intrusive nature of the system.

Best computer for the price. It’s light as a feather and fast. Never thought something so nice would be so affordable.

Great windows laptop for the on sale price. Easy to setup, fast start, if you need more memory then investing in a external hard drive would be a good idea.

Wow wow wow what a great deal for open box. Who cares if it was store display. I upgraded with DDR4 which was also on sale and now Sub sonic laptop!

Got this laptop for my grandpa and he’s loving it. Set up was a breeze, and the display is great.

not a fan of the keys, runs fairly decent but not as good as it could be for the cost. i've bought a $100 laptop in 2022 that ran just as well as this.

I bought this product for my Grandson to take to college with him. The guy that sold this to me was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, and explained a lot of things to me in detail. Keep up the good work.

I use this for remoting into my office computer and it connects quickly and works great. The battery life is actually about 4-1/2 hours when in use (not on standby).

I purchased this for my spouse and it has the large keys on the keyboard that are easy for him to see. (AMD patient). It is very different from what he is used to but he will get the hang of it.

So far so good. Perfect for the price. Does what it needs to do.

We are a homeschool family. All 4 kids use this computer. It is great at multi tasking, battery life, and display. We would purchase it again. We have had no issues.

I really love my new hp laptop computer. It was just what I was looking for. Just perfect to do the things that I need to do online. The hard drive and ram was all I needed. Perfect for me. Lol

The touchpad gets stuck or doesn’t work a majority of the time. The battery life is horrible. Save your money and buy anything else

Really enjoying this laptop. Boots up very fast and has more than enough computing power for streaming and web browsing. Replaced an 11 year old HP and this one is meeting my expectations so far.
