    Purchased this laptop to replace my 9 year old HP Laptop. The only regret I have is not replacing it sooner. Love this new laptop.

    I love the color on this new laptop - great for watching TV and streaming movies. But had to add blue tooth speaker for excellent sound.

    This item was selected as a replacement for a laptop that was experiencing issues with battery charging. I was assured that the replacement would be of similar quality in terms of storage capacity. However, I am experiencing the same problem with this laptop, as it drains 1% of battery every minute. I am unsure if this is a common issue or not, as this is the second laptop with the same problem. Additionally, I have noticed that this laptop does not have an SD card slot, whereas the previous one did. I am disappointed that the Best Buy representative did not seem knowledgeable about the products.
