    This laptop will not allow you to remove S mode from the Microsoft App Store. This means you can not install 3rd party applications like Chrome. Stay away unless you’re ok with restrictions on what you can and cannot download.

    We returned this unit because I could not get it out of S mode. S mode restricts you from downloading anything that is not Microsoft products. I was told that all lower end computers comes with S mode.

    Not even close to the quality of the H.P. I bought 21 years ago. Overly sensitive touchpad. Drops EVERYTHING google about once a month and can not retrieve, even wuth HP support. Also am unable to open files in microsoft. I am by far no computer person, but....... I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I will never by another hp again.
