I’ve always had 13-14 inch laptops for convenience and for its light weight. But this time I was tired of the small screen and opted for a larger format. I needed this primarily for browsing, email, and meetings. No heavy lifting on this so it was an excellent model for my needs. The only drawback was it want touchscreen but a minor drawback considering the cost. This was excellent value!

I got this computer over a month or so ago. Picture is great, sound isn't that great. It is a budget model, but I mostly use it for zoom conferences. It works fine for that and sound works OK for zoom. My second zoom meeting I tested it with battery only because they claimed a 9 hour battery life. Boy was that not even close. I got 2 1/2 hrs at the most while using zoom so that is a misclaimer for sure. Most batteries don't do well anyway and with my experience with HP products batteries are of poor grade anyway. I almost gave it 2 stars but the picture is great, so going lower would not be right. My airmac has better battery life by far. But the 17" screen is nice to have during zoom. If battery life is important do your research.

This is my SECOND HP 17" Laptop computer purchased from BEST BUY. I love using it, fast, easy to navigate and view the lage screen. I now have WINDOWS 11, so I need to get acquaintd with the features, as opposed to WINDOWS 10 previously used. SO GLAD TO HAVE MASDE THIS PURCHASE.

Excellent size... and weight.... easy to carry... and run fast.

I mainly used this laptop for watching netflix and youtube. The positives were the resloution which is excellent for enjoying any movie or tv show. The speakers on the front make it even better to enjoy something. The software is very decent for the price. The battery life is ok as well, longer then 4hours but not upto 10+ hours as advertised. Its very sleek looking and the color is nice. My onlys issue was the size, it was way too big. I thought i could move around with a 17inch screen but i cldnt. If you dont mind hauling a slightly large screen around than its perfect for you. The rest of the specs speak for themselves.

Overall this is a highly functional laptop that offers excellent performance and features at an affordable price. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient laptop for everyday use. It’s a great investment that won’t disappoint!

My brother bought this computer first then i saw it used it and said I have to have this so I bought one myseld. I love it and most of all it is HP everything i have is HP. Nice color it i slim it is powerful it is all pluses .

I purchased this because it was cheap and I could at least upgrade the RAM and SSD fairly easily. I upgraded to 32GB RAM immediately and helped performance a bit. The biggest issue was browsing the internet, either with Edge or Chrome, web pages would sometimes lag and not fully open so I would have to refresh a few times. After being tired of this I bit the bullet and downgraded to Windows 10. It was 20x faster than before, and no issues with browsing the internet. USB-C is NOT for Power, and battery life is average. When sleeping and unplugged for 24 hours, it's dead.

Perfect for my needs. Just needed something to pay bills and watch videos on. Large screen makes it easy to see. Only regret is it doesnt have a lighted keyboard.

The memory is upgradeable so throwing 32GB into it will make stuff run great. It is not overclockable though. It will run games that do not need high FPS, like Civ VI or Humankind. For the price and a 17" screen it is very worth it.

Packing is not good. Maybe it's because they shipped without a box. Like the laptop size. Very big with numeric keyboard. Running smoothly up till now. I'm not sure after I install more apps, what it will be like. I guess I'll ask my schoolmate to help me do a storage upgrade.

I love the computer and I received it so fast. The large screen is very helpful for viewing multiple documents at once. Windows 11 is easy to use. The speed of the computer is great. I would highly recommend it.

This is my 4th HP computer. None of them have given me any grief. I wanted a wider screen and a full size keyboard. This model provides both and the SSD is super fast.

Overall, I like this machine. I opted to NOT install any Microsoft software. The screen size is great. Should I have a do-over, I think I would have opted for the illuminated keyboard. But I didn't at the time because that option was pretty expensive. I wish it had just ONE more USB port! Otherwise, this is a good machine.

Runs fast and lightweight. Full 1080p and the ram is upgradeable. Great for everyday task and light gaming but I don't really play games. Great for students!!
