Product is good but they did not send my the charger and when i went to complain they asked me to call manufacturer !! missing product , scam

I've always had PC's before, this is my first laptop. I'm still getting acclimated with it, but so far it's been great.

My new computer has froze up several times. Couldn't be more disappointed.

SUPPER SLOW! I returned it. I highly rec the macbook Air.

This HP is very fast to boot up due to its SSD. I'm not crazy about Windows 10 in "Safe mode" but it can be updated to Windows 11. The large 17 inch display is really nice and has a pretty crisp view. I also like the keyboard layout because it has the dedicated "Numbers Pad" which I perfer as I use Excel more than any other software. Please understand that this is not a super computer or a gaming computer but... Considering the price of the laptop, this is a good value and a solid purchase.

This is a very nicely performing laptop for the money, especially if you can catch a sale, HOWEVER, the machine comes with Windows 11 set in "S" mode, which means you can only download and install apps from the Microsoft store. I knew there was a way to switch this mode off when I purchased the laptop. Long story short, after 7 hours on the phone with Microsoft tech support trying many different fixes, it was determined that a complete new install of Windows 11 was the only way to take it out of "S" mode. You will still need to visit the Microsoft store and search for "switch out of s mode", but it finally worked.

Love this computer. Have always used Dell in the past, but purchased this one since it was on a good sale and had good reviews. So easy to set up, ans super fast. Recommend this product.

I had to replace my 5 year old HP Envy as the battery would not charge any more and I did not want to splash out on another expensive model as they do not build them for long Gevity any more. Came across this laptop as it was listed as the deal of the day, very good price for what you get, so I snaped it up. So far I am very happy with the product, good for surfing the internet and watching videos, not the fastest kid on the block, but you will not buy this one for speed. No backlit keyboard but this is not a game changer for me. Had it un plugged for use and got 8 hours out of the battery. If you just want a laptop with no frills, this is the one for you.

Optics in the computer are slower then expected game play also is not good on this computer. Love the size of the screen and the battery life on the laptop could be better

This was an “open box” purchase- our church needed an upgrade for our finance group. It works perfectly- ssd drive is fast - enough storage and memory for what we needed - good battery life and windows 11.

Bought as a replacement for an old desktop for my wife. Slightly larger than most laptops at 17 in. but i still added a monitor and keyboard for flexibility. She has had itfor several months now and loves it. I have others but if i needed one i would definitely get another without hesitation.

This is a good laptop for my needs. It is used primarily for uncomplicated business tasks and on-line searches, and has performed well for these tasks.

This is the second one that I purchased from Best Buy and it was very easy to set up. I had everything that I needed as far as the operating system and I would purchase another one very reasonably priced.

This product was easy to set up and initialize. The graphics are clear. Windows 11 for Windows 10 users may be a learning curve, but you can catch on quickly. It is very fast!

Wonderful product. Fast and reliable. I wish the option of an Ethernet wired connection, were available, along with a DVD/CD player.
