Not a computer whizz
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this HP LAPTOP because it was an HP n it was sold by B B n I thought I could set it by myself but had nothing but trouble so I took it to my local computer repair shop n found out that the operating system was broken/bad so since I had it there I had them load all the apps that I wanted, I dropped it off at 10 am n picked it backup at 2 pm that afternoon, some people asked me why I didn't take it back to B B n I told them that if I did I didn't know how long it would take so i took it to some one I knew n they got it done PRONTO n they charged me just a bench fee $75.00
