17" Baby!

I had a problem with MS 11 not wanting to come out of S mode, but when I brought it to the Geek Squad they took care of that right away no problem. Very satisfied with the computer and the Geek Squad.

Great Buy from Best Buy!

I bought a Dell Alienware computer and I had problems from day one. Biggest waste of money ever. I bought this one after the Dell and never had a problem. I run a business and does everything I need.

Great laptop for a college student

I’ve had it for two years now and it still runs like it’s new. The only problem I have is it large size, which is my fault for not looking at the measurements when buying.

It has everything I need and then some. it was affordable so I also bought a wireless mouse and mouse pad and a CD drive. I am totally happy with this laptop. I highly recommend this laptop. Downstairs Laptop

Great value for someone who only uses their laptop for basic tasks. The laptop is very well-made. Love the screen size and keyboard. Good bang for your buck. If it lasts as long as I've known Hp laptops to last, the value is unbeatable.

Worked at first kinda

Only last an hour from full charge before I have to put it back on the charger, not to mention it comes with that windows s thing which took forever and about 30 videos to remove just to get Netflix on it and I've only had it for 3 months and it's turned off once which I was able to fix relatively quickly but as im writing this review it just shut off and it won't turn back on. It doesn't even show the charging light when I plug it in. I would say get a better one and GET THE WARRANTY I sure wish I did.
