The feel is real with the keyboard and touch pad. The speed is great. Due to Microsoft end of Win10 support had to give up the ole HP Gladiator, and so glad I made the right choice staying with this bad boy HP config...Rock On HP!

This a great laptop for the price we paid. We were replacing a similar model from several years before. It has everything you need for normal usage. This was purchased for my husband who is a writer and uses the laptop for his work.

Working fine at the moment. Seems to be a nice computer.

Going from a 10 yr old 17" HP to a new 17" HP, oh how nice. I didn't know what I was missing and how fas the new one is. Thank you Best Buy and the Geek Squad for making the transition seemless.

I purchased this new computer to upgrade to Windows 11. My previous Laptop could not be updated to Windows 11. I had a great experience with the Staff at Best Buy and also the Geek Squad with the transfer of my information from my old Laptop to the new one. They were great to work with and did an excellent job with the transfer and updating some of my applications as well. High Recomendations to anyone.

Good size screen, great soft touch keyboard, fast boot-up make this an excellent choice for home office use (email, internet, word processing, spreadsheets, zoom conferences and MS Team meetings).

This Windows 11 HP computer is faster and more capable than any I've used before. It's also very sensitive and does things I don't want or need at times......such as making print larger...or offering a window with many options when I don't want ANY of them....or want to take time to read the list and consider. I could use a CLASS to help expand my capabilities with this which Best Buy staff says they don't presently offer.

Solid computer for the price. The screen is nice and clear, sound is pretty good. The only complaint I have is battery life. It feels like the battery runs down very quickly, even in Energy Saver mode. And this is with general usage (Microsoft products, some YouTube, occasional streaming on Hulu). It's definitely not an all-day battery, but it'll certainly get you most of the way there if you aren't doing anything too intensive. I've got an HP that I had been using since 2015 that has a much better battery.

I bought this laptop for my son for Christmas. Before wrapping it, I went through part of the setup and downloaded all the updates. Everything went very smoothly. The screen resolution is outstanding. My son will enjoy his movie watching and ease of streaming. He seems to be quite pleased with it.

The only thing im bummed about is no touch screen .i ❤️ the big 17 inch screen plus the big keypad numbers and letters.

I really like the sleekness of the laptop. The screen size is great!! The Geek Squad at Best Buy was wonderful transferring the data I asked to be done.

I bought the same laptop a few years ago for my personal use. It has been very reliable and efficient during that time. So when I discovered our church Food Pantry was borrowing one of the church laptops to maintain all their records I acquired another so they could maintain all their info and records separate from church information. It will make a substantial difference in operational efficiency and confidentiality of information.

Love my new HP. I damaged my old one and was able to purchase the replacement same day. Great product. All my information transferred over, so it was an easy setup.

Love them new computer with windows 11. Works much better than my previous one. Highly recommend this unit.
