I am happy, I can do my job and it is easy to carry.

Good help by geek squad on set up and helping me get started.

The only downfall is that it doesn't have a cd reader.

Thus far I am fairly happy with the purchase; however, it would be great if it has a thunderbolt port or two. The laptop is large and has some weight. The keyboard area has a little bit of flex to it as well. The service at Best Buy was great and I am appreciative of their associates for assisting and answering questions!

I am confused with a lot of the apps and trying to fix things to work better. the taskbar is very small and I can't make it any bigger, if I try to it doesn't change and everything else overlaps. I would like to a person for help, but never get a person.

It’s perfect, just too big for my liking. I need to return for a small size.

Dislike intensely. Too heavy. Battery life way too short. Worst battery I've ever used. Screen is nothing special, just tiny bit larger. Keyboard hard to read. Wish I could return it.

The tech person that helped me was wonderful but too many people waiting in line and not enough people to wait on them. My appointment was delayed by an hour so when appt was only 20 minute so people were stacking up in line and that made me feel rushed so didn't get all the info I needed.

Needs for storage if you're a gamer. Just need to get more storage.

Laptop appearance is sleek, however, there is no battery life. Description indicates up to 10 hours battery life, however, charge doesn't last more than 2 hours.

The HP laptop was a great price. I asked the associate since I had Dell docking station would there be any problems. He told me everything would work; Dell works with Dell and does not work with HP or any other. Plus, HP did not come with a charging cord.

Equipment seams fine, although sales person was terrible. We left the store with computer, without setup. I need to goback to get some assistance from setup geek squad.

only area of concern was on my part thinking that all laptop computers had lighted key boar like all the others that I have brought.
