You can’t really beat this laptop for the price range. A bigger 17.3” screen, AMD Ryzen, 8 GB memory, 256GB SSD. I use this for school and haven’t had any problems with it. Definitely recommend!

This laptop is huge and I love it. It's perfect for college courses, and its so much easier to type on than the small one I was using before. It has good picture quality and the speed is phenomenal. I haven't had it freeze once despite having a million things open.

I purchased this HP 17" laptop to replace same HP from 7 years ago. LOVE it - its fast responding - easy to operate although a few things are different from previous laptop. I don't need it for a business just personal use so the memory and GB are perfect for me.

I needed a new computer because my old desktop will not run the new softwares coming out. I saw this HP laptop for sale, $600 off from the list price with a ton of power, memory and speed. I use this to run my Quickbooks, day trade, email and a few other basic things. It is incredibly fast and efficient. It will do way more than I need and it was easy to copy all my programs and data and upload in seconds. A great deal, NOBODY HAD THIS PRICE!!

It is the most exceptional computer; it runs smoothly and does just what I need. I don't play any games; I mainly study online at my local university. The screen is so wide, and the picture is of exceptional quality. It is very fast, and I love it to pieces.

My last laptop I bought for myself was a Windows 7. This laptop finally took a dive. I am totally happy with my new laptop. Extremely fast, beautiful color, much easier to use than I had anticipated. I am still getting used to it but I am very excited with my purchase.

I had an older version of the HP Pavillion, this one is really nice ! Lighter weight, with easy setup and comes with Windows 11 ! Very happy with the screen also ! Plenty of memory and keyboard is light and easy to type. Very pleased with Best Buy with this great deal !!

Already did a survey why are you asking again? Anyway very good laptop with wider screen. Geek squad was very thorough. Busy store was able to take care of me with a little wait time. Use laptop for the basics and substantial improvement improvement over my aging desktop

I bought a HP laptop at Best Buy and have been enjoying it ever since. It has a good sized screen and is easy to use in every way. The Geek Squad transferred my documents and other wanted things to my new computer.

My dad needed a new laptop so I picked this up for him and wow is it so much better than his old one. The SSD is such an improvement over the standard HDD in his previous HP laptop and it’s just more fluid. Windows 11 was a little weird to get setup because of S Mode being the default, which it shouldn’t be, but that’s not a hardware thing and once I got that sorted it’s been great. Beautiful Hd display, not 4K but he’s not a gamer so it’s not needed, the sound is great, and it’s super lightweight. As a starter laptop for students or an update for seniors, this is a solid choice….just make sure if they have any programs or apps that aren’t MS verified you Google how to disable S Mode to install anything like antivirus etc.

This HP 17.3" laptop worked amazing for me. It is fast and never slowed down. I used it for school and online classes, and it never had any lags or problems. I used it for two years and it was always reliable. I think it’s a great laptop for school or work.

The portability with a large screen is the perfect combination with a budget price. The only issue was after setting up the laptop I could not download anything from the Microsoft Store and had to do a recovery install then everything worked fine.
