Great purchase for an employee. Large keyboard and screen. Not a solution for a traveler, but this is great for a home-use laptop. Speed, screen, and features are all great on this laptop.

Large screen, lightweight and relatively inexpensive, this computer is a wonderful choice as a backup for a word processing system I needed. Geek Squad extremely helpful in suggesting various models and data transfer.

I needed a new computer because my old desktop will not run the new softwares coming out. I saw this HP laptop for sale, $600 off from the list price with a ton of power, memory and speed. I use this to run my Quickbooks, day trade, email and a few other basic things. It is incredibly fast and efficient. It will do way more than I need and it was easy to copy all my programs and data and upload in seconds. A great deal, NOBODY HAD THIS PRICE!!

Nice laptop. Easy set up. I use it to stream Tv shows. I like the larger screen. Just wish it was a touch screen too. Battery is so much better than my old Toshiba

Great laptop. Perfect size screen. Works for my music and fast too (10 band eq). What more can you say. Oh yeah, the price point is right on the mark. HP AMD Ryzen Rocks.

This laptop is extremely fast, I haven't noticed any flaws yet or flaws just yet. I think that if you purchase this laptop you won't be disappointed. I love this laptop and the screen size

I am extremely happy with this Laptop. The price was fair. It was easy to set-up. The battery charge , the speed, and it has everything that I need at my fingertips.

Runs great for school. Not for gaming especially. I tried playing stardew it works good but no mods. The display is smaller, but that's okay for school. Perfect for school and battery lasts long enough to get me through the day (about 4 1/2 hours)

Decent laptop for the price. Hate the tablet and app based system they keep trying to force on laptop users. After shutting that off in settings it’s ok. Screen: slightly burry like 2008 screens Speed: Medium. Not immediately responsive to opening programs or while running multiple programs. Upgrades: Not able to upgrade memory or RAM Battery life: no issues so far. Stays charged.

This laptop has been surprisingly great! For the price I got this for it has outperformed that price tag! Awesome value, awesome laptop!

I purchased this laptop to use dir school but also to have a backup computer for work when my system needs to replaced. This system has exceeded my expectations. Has a large screen, system doesn’t lag and has served its purpose both for school and work.

I love the computer. But I was in chat or live contact with the store for at least 4 hours over the span of 3 days concerning the provided anti-virus software. I could not get the help I needed with the online chat. If I wanted the "Geek Squad" members to help me, they would charge a minimum fee. I feel they should have fixed this issue for free. It ended up being an easy fix. But I had to change the settings on my computer. Not good customer service at all. On the bright side, when I returned my initial purchase (again the software given did not work), I did purchase the same computer $50 cheaper since it was one sale!!
