    I bought this laptop because my old HP laptop had hard ware issues. I have low vision and this laptop with a 17.3" screen is fabulous for me. This is a laptop for people who need to work on documents, send emails and do ordinary computer work. I am not a gamer so I cannot speak to that. It was well worth the money, which was less than $400 since I got it on sale. This 70+ year old non-tech person loves it.

    I exchanged an acer for this HP for work and this is a much better computer. quick, multiple users can use it. easy, light, slick, has the ten key. we love it. and its on all the time. no issues, this is the second one we bought and I'd buy another if we need to add more to our store. Its great to use everyday use, for simple tasks- its only used with google. you can leave it in s mode or take it off. works like a charm.

    Laptop is fine. I am not used to the ‘number keyboard’, so I don’t like that. But, the machine is fine for my minimal needs large screen, lightweight. Battery seems ok so far.

    Great performance for the price. Migrating the setup from my old HP laptop took all of 4 minutes. The only issue is the display, it is quite bright and not as sharp as my 10-year-old HP 17.3 laptop. One more USB 3 port would be nice. Windows 11 found my printer/scanner quickly and installed working drivers. At $299 this is a no-brainer for home office and writing/ publishing.

    I was looking for a true budget laptop to be used for some basic consulting work (Microsoft Office suite mainly) that wouldn't break the bank and I've been thrilled with this one so far. I'm not using it for gaming or streaming so can't speak to those capabilities but for basic work and browsing it has been ideal. It's a bigger device but for me that's a plus with a larger screen. Truly love it so far!
