I love my new HP laptop, especially the 17 inch screen. The service I received from Best Buy was exceptional. Since I am not young (77 years), it takes more explaining than if I were young. Everyone on staff was very patient.

Good machine for the price. Very large screen. Boots quickly and can stays relatively at low speeds.

Excellent basic computer for my internet browsing and homework needs. I also play Cities: Skylines on it and it runs practically perfectly - occasionally, if I have other things going in the background, it might have some rendering hiccups, but I love this computer!

This was a great buy. I need a bigger screen and this fit the need perfectly. Just enough memory and storage for my needs.

I've had this laptop for a few weeks now. I like it everything is easy easy to install the programs. I need it has just the right amount of ram in space. I like that it's a seventeen inch and I can see it easier. I would definitely Recommend this laptop to anyone Looking for one.

I use my laptop everyday for hours on end. I’m 76 years old and it is easy to understand and to use. It was exceptionally easy to find the apps I had used on my previous laptop and away I went happy as a clam.

It does what we needed for school! I like the battery life and screen size!

I have really enjoyed my HP Laptop 17.3 so far. The only issue I have had is once during a Zoom call everything was jumping and the taskbar flipped to the top, not letting me type. It hadn't happened before and hopefully won't again.

Perfect size to use split screen. There is nothing I do not like about this product. Best laptop at this price point.

I need it a basic laptop to run an old program I use for a vinyl plotter and this one did the job. Previously bought it two that didn't work. I still have it and works great. Bought it used so I got a good deal too. Love Best Buy and love they're best deals if you are a member.

So far so good. All has installed well and no glitches except for the Microsoft processes that seem to get more convoluted each year. Could use more usb ports but an expander takes care of that.

If you just need a laptop to do what a laptop does this is the laptop for you. I actually used it to play a video intensive game. The keyboard did get hot, however. Again, this isn't a gaming laptop but it is able to run games. Great value for price.

Good product, fast and reliable. The price was right, also. This laptop replaced another, 15-year old HP, that worked well for all those years. I just wanted to upgrade to a newer, faster model, and this one does that so well.

Beautiful large screen. Runs great, but the hard drive is pretty small.
