Started off great for about 2 days. Power is fine for someone who doesn't need a powerful editing or gaming computer. For day to day stuff, this is great. However, shortly after setting it up (2 or 3 days later) a key broke off the keyboard. It was a key that doesn't even get used (the tilde key). To get that repaired, we were told it would have to be sent off for repair and we could expect it back in about 2 weeks. The computer will be in the repair shop far longer than it was owned before it broke. I understand that things happen, but this is just poor workmanship, and right in line with the last 2 HP laptops I have purchased. You'd think I'd have learned my lesson by now, but I thought I'd give them one more shot. This has turned me off HP forever.

Very happy with this device and the price was very reasonable.

My daughter loves this laptop. She is a Senior in high school and this will work for college as well. It is not heavy and the screen is a little bigger than she expected but it worked well since she has some Zoom meetings.

This computer performs quite well and I have had ease in operation of the programs installed. I am very pleased with it totally. I would recommend it to my friends without hesitate and give it a top rating.

This laptop is perfect for my needs. It's larger monitor is easy to read. The boot-up, a little slower than more powerful computers, doesn't pose any problem.

Great computer for under $1000. It's very fast and can handle more than a few programs at once. This laptop is perfect for my personal uses at home or on the road. No issues with internet or wifi.

Actually for school it’s perfect extra computer. When I got this computer I was looking for a good extra computer for school work and this one does the trick. It’s a great laptop. For that. And the price was good for it.

The computer was exactly as advertised. It was easy to set up and has been easy to navigate all functions. It has suited my needs and does everything I was looking for a PC to do. It has been worth the money spent.

I got this because my 64gb computer was outdated also because its touch screen that was an important feature to me and I'm glad i did it is so much better and faster than the computer i currently own

Very user friendly, simple, really fast and accessible.

Works just like how my other computer worked and the GB are just fine especially with my 1TB hard drive. It doesn't get too hot and it charges very fast. I haven't had a problem with loading or it being slow.

Great system. Had a little trouble adjusting to keyboard at first since I was switching frI’m a Mac but the screen is beautiful, keys are light and not stiff. Great purchase. Glad I got this model.

I needed a new laptop for work and for web use at home. The large HD screen has been great so far although the sound is not the best but it is a minor flaw in an otherwise great value.

Great size computer. I mostly use it for accounting work so the side number section is great. I wish there was a light indicator when number lock is on.
