Great PC. I got for my nephew in Cuba and he is in love with it. So far the laptop is working amazing and runs all programs without a glitch.

Just learning how to use it. So far, it is GREAT! Glad I purchased the total Best BUY plan for I use it. My previous one was a Windows 7.

The laptop was bought for my grandma it is user friendly, the screen is a good size for her, and after I initially set it up for her there haven't been any issues.

I bought this computer for my 84 y/o Father. It is easy for him to use and not to heavy for him to pick up and move with him throughout the day.

Great laptop for everyday use, I love the larger screen, I use it to write up extensive travel plans, pay bills online and order groceries, etc. online.

As a student laptop this is a higher than base spec machine at a very decent price. Large screen size is ideal for students.

It’s fairly lightweight for its size. I like that the letters on the keyboard are larger also. Great computer for the price!

!st Laptop ever! Super-sized 17" Hi-Res screen. Still getting used to the touch pad --can be a little balky. Bought to use for virtual meetings, e.g. TEAMS, ZOOM, etc.

I really am enjoying this laptop. It is perfect for home office. I added Microsoft Office and it worked great. Love the size. Love the size of the screen! Perfect.

Simple, attractive, no issues so far. I use this for pleasure mostly, so I haven't had any problems with processing speed, battery, or storage so far.
