I wasnt expecting to buy, but the deal was too good to pass up - the new computer cost less than my old one to fix. They were out of stock, but they found one at the discount center - got an EVEN BETTER deal. The packaging was in rough shape, but otherwise it worked like new.

A beautiful new Win11 laptop for us.

The sales person was extremely helpful in choosing the best computer for our needs. It took a little while for me to learn Win11 compared to our old HP Win7 laptop (which finally stopped working) but I got the new computer running just fine and I have it set up so it resembles the screens and programs on our old computer. This was a win-win for us and thanks Best Buy.
