    I purchased this laptop based on a conversation that I had with a representative on the phone. I wish that I would have seen it in person and tried it out prior to my data transfer. The speed is adequate, the screen size is fine however it only has 2 ports and I find that the keyboard mouse area is difficult (sometimes doesn't respond the first time, somes acts too quickly and takes me to a site that I don't want. I will need some more technical support to make this work for me.
