    Nice device. Dont caremuch for Windows 11 or Edge. Harder to navigate than it should be. Especially for older users.

    I do like my laptop however I'm not quite satisfied with the service I was given, in that I said I had never had a laptop before so I'm not familiar with this product. I've had to bring back my laptop for help. Just yesterday I stopped by because I was on zoom and they couldn't see me on zoom but could hear me I needed to find out about my camera and I was helped. But someone should have given me a little more time to show me things.
