HP 17.3 Laptop

I wish that I would have seen it in person and tried it out prior to my data transfer. The speed is adequate, the screen size is fine however it only has 2 ports and I find that the keyboard mouse area is difficult (sometimes doesn't respond the first time, somes acts too quickly and takes me to a site that I don't want. I will need some more technical support to make this work for me.

I rarely look to the keyboard to know what I'm typing so this is a minimal annoyance.

My Wife’s College Computer

It starts right on up and handles all the programs she needs to use. It’s a great computer at a great price.

I've had to bring back my laptop for help. Just yesterday I stopped by because I was on zoom and they couldn't see me on zoom but could hear me I needed to find out about my camera and I was helped. But someone should have given me a little more time to show me things.
