    My wife needed a computer to finish the last few weeks of her degree program and we had an HP before, and this was a great deal with double the memory and RAM of the last one for a great price. It starts right on up and handles all the programs she needs to use. It’s a great computer at a great price.

    Overall a great laptop for just doing daily browsing, research those types of things. I'm sure I do not use it to its full capacity. However, the 1 thing that is extremely frustrating is the continuous disconnecting from the internet. there is nothing wrong with the internet, in fact all other phones and computers are up and running, but for some reason this one continues to disconnect.

    I had an HP that I needed to replace. after reviewing several different laptop makes and models. I found this laptop met all the requirements I was looking for and was in my price range. I am finding that it has much more capabilities than my old unit which I am happy to find and explore.

    I would have given this five stars except for the fact it is sold in S Mode. The only explanation of this was found in very small print on a label placed on the outside of the box. Nothing was stated on any documentation inside the box. Once I logged into Microsoft and changed it to Windows 11, it worked great.
