Love my new computer. It was easy to set up and everything is working great. Only problem I have is I can't use my Quicken with it. But I guess all the new computers will not take Quicken. Other than that, I am very happy.

Have always loved HP products. Reliable with the added plus of great customer service.. Combo e the two and you have no reason to look any further..This as others I have owned have always met my needs and beyond . Yes love my HP!!

The laptop replaced a desktop computer what an important improvement in speed. This laptop is very versatile and is capable of accomplishing a task at a reasonable period of time. I recommend this laptop.

This was a replacement for the same laptop I previously had but it was a 15 inch. I use it for work every day and it does everything I need it to. Only replaced because my nephew cracked the other one.

The laptop was fast with the 256 SSD drive. I purchased a 512 usb drive to store most everthing I have. We are pleased on how light this 17.3" laptop is. We also like the HP Brand.

I'm very happy with my HP computer. I ordered it on line and it was delivered within the week. My husband doesn't like the key board because it's difficult to see in dim lighting. I basically use it for zoom meetings and it fits the bill.

Great laptop for a price, charging sometimes is a bit wonky over time and it takes more time to get it charged, other than that highly recommended!

Purchased new HP laptop for my wife. Sales associate was very helpful is selecting the best one to suit her needs. The Geek squad was very helpful with the transitioning from her old laptop to the new one

I like it. It works quite well. It does not rattle when you move it like my old HP (broken screen connector screw from day one). The keyboard is not clicky when I type and it works like it’s supposed to.

Purchased as a gift for my wife. She's loves it!!! She started a new job and needed a laptop that could deliver with easy navigation and lots of memory. Great for watching HULU and Netflix while sitting on our deck.

Purchased the laptop for my nephew who is attending Bethany College in West Virginia. It is a beautiful piece of equipment and has everything my nephew needs in order to succeed in his class work.
