I have not open the box for this computer. This is not what I want. I need faster, and a touchscreen. Can this computer be returned

I got an open box version of this and when I brought it home it had all of the personal information from the previous owner on it. HUGE MISTAKE. I had to bring it into geek squad and wait another say until it was wiped and when I brought it home it turned off on me every 10 minutes. I wasn’t offered a coupon or anything for the inconvenience.

Hate it. Wish I could return it. But I did not open when it came. HP has this thing programed for all HP service. Had to change it ti accept outside HP apps cause even the free apps cost in HP.

Died in less than 2 years! Extremely disappointed and frustrated!

Bluescreen twice during profile setup. Took it right back.

I have had nothing but trouble with it since I got it.

Battery is garbage would not recommend this device

Love the size of the laptop just perfect for me i enjoy the larger laptop for my desk. The rest i can do with my mobile . Great features for the cost and the quality is proven overall with HP both at home and work place. I would certainly recommend this computer for at home and work . My kids need a little more for there gamming , but im not a gammer . It does however work well with games as my son pointed out when he played wuth it . Recommend highly.

I am still getting used to Windows 11. It is a bit different than Windows 10 or 10 pro. The computer itself is a bit confusing at first, since the ON button is in the middle of the top row on the keyboard. No optical drive and only two USB ports for normal use. One USB port on the right side is for the mouse. All in all, highly satisfactory.

I was needing a new laptop and this one is amazing! I love the bigger screen and keyboard, as I'm getting older it's harder to see on a smaller screen and easier to type on the bigger keyboard. Runs super fast

I am very happy with my HP 17 in. laptop. I bought it mainly for office data use for my startup. Love the speed, connectivity, display and the battery lasts all day. Awesome laptop, love HP.

Very easy to set up right out of the box. Has all the speed and that we can ever use, and the bigger screen is easy for our old eyes to see.

HP has, for me, always been the gold standard in personal computers. This model has all of the features that I've grown to depend on during the lock down when I had to work from home and do research and file pleadings from my dining room table. It is a good work horse suitable for stufend, personalor professional needs.

Big size screen , easy to navigate ! Great battery life.

I purchased this laptop in order to work from home after the pandemic forced office to close and was surprised how well this laptop worked with all of the software packages I use. I'm able to quickly access everything I need and the large screen size is a plus. I'm very happy with it and have used it for a year now.
