Bought it for my mom, she loves it. The big screen makes it easier for her to read, and it's very user friendly. She figured most of it out on her own.

I have only been using this laptop for a few weeks, but so far I love it. The large screen is a plus for a senior and it is very fast, sometimes too fast for me.

After using this HP Computer for a while, I am finding it very nice. For my uses it is fast enough and working well. I came from windows 10, going to windows 11 and finding it a little bit of a challenge. Learning the new operating system. That will take a while. I am surprised by the small amount of memory this system has. If there was one thing, I would have wanted would be a larger ssd memory. I did buy an external 2TB ssd to mate up with this computer and that is working well. Bottom line, this HP laptop computer meets or surpasses my expectations.

Looks great, sounds great, Turns on very fast. Love the large 17 inch screen. Runs fast. But would love instructions you can actually see.

new machine is nice, alot faster than my old laptop which I bought at best buy 10 years ago. I am happy with the new laptop, it is slightly larger screen as well. one thing that is not a positive is, there seems to be a long way from the edge of the laptop to where the keyboard begins, perhaps 4 inches which it looks like they could cut out at least one inch FWIW. I wonder if others have the same comment. I also got a nice sale by using the memorial day sale.

Perfect size to use split screen. There is nothing I do not like about this product. Best laptop at this price point.
