Great purchase and the price was great for me. I've never owned a laptop before, I have a desktop all my life and felt comfortable with it for so many years that I never thought of getting a laptop, because I could never afford one, the prices were so expensive. When I saw the price. I jumped on it right away and happy I did! but now I'm happy I did.

Got this for my husband as his other one was an old Dell. He LOVES this one! It is quick, easy to use, and has plenty of internal memory for his use. And it was on sale for $250 off? Even better! Definitely worth getting!

My Mom has had the same laptop for over 10 years and it finally gave up. She was looking for something with a decent screen size but affordable so my husband and I shopped around a little and found this one at Best Buy. Once my husband helped her set it up, she has had no issues and wishes she got it sooner!

I perfer this laptop -screen size, speed, use it daily for work and home.

The screen is huge which is great if you like large laptops (I do). Runs very smoothly.

So happy with this Laptop, easy to use, super fast, long battery life, love the dual screen.

Bought it for our daughter and she Loves it. She is on a committee and has to take weekly notes at meeting.

This is my first experience using a laptop and so far I like it it’s easy to use and the screen color is great and it has everything I need to do what I wanna do online and I think it is a very good fit for me and the price was very good for what I need to use it for

This computer is great! It is big enough to manage the keystrokes and works fast with great internet. It took some time to get used to using Edge but once you do it is a wonderful search engine. The screen is colorful and clear. The only con is the speaker is not loud enough, however, with an external speaker it works well.

The computer is great for what I need. It is not as fast as the last one I had, but for what I do now it is great. Not a computer person so not able to go into great detail about this but for the price it works for what I need. Had a friend over and they needed to use it while here and they were impressed. Stated they would probably pickup on for the price.

Got this to replace my aging, soon to be obsolete in October 2025, 17.3”, HP from 2012 which has served me very well for what I needed it for. It’s still in operation but this new computer is by far much better and got it for a steal way below the regular price!

so i have had this laptop for a week now and i love it i don't do much gaming but the couple i have played worked just fine but i use it for emailing web surfing and projects and it works just fine for me i would definitely recommend

Incredible laptop. Wife uses it everyday from teaching to home office.

This laptop is way ahead of my old, outdated laptop. It offers all of the latest "bells and whistles" to allow me a seamless upgrade in speed, memory and functionality. Even the 17.3" screen is way better to view files, etc.

This laptop is easy to use and has everything I need.

Had this order for my grandmother as she is a teacher and need a laptop. It arrived same day and she instantly reached out and told me how much she enjoyed it and how it would work for what she needed. Its the perfect laptop for mid range office/school work.
