I’m a senior citizen and somewhat handicapped with heart and lung issues . First I was simply going in to look at laptop’s not expecting to purchase . I had just prior stopped at a repair shop and they said it would be x dollars to repair ( almost what I paid for the new ) bigger and better than my old one ! Sales was extremely helpful, not at all pushy very informative young man 5 stars for the sales aspect ! Set up a date 1 1/2 days from purchase to transfer of data ( old to new ) and pick up of new item !! Ready when promised , Geek Squad is excellent also very thorough explanation of new product for an old guy with all thumbs and not very tech savvy !! 5 star for them also !!

Big enough screen to read. so used to using a desktop that the connivences of being mobile is convenient in other area in the home and in public areas. Needed to upgrade from windows 10

Finally, after 6 months I have a 17-inch screen and The price was BELOW my budget! so much easier for reading emails and the newspaper. And the keyboard has bigger keys making it faster to type.

Large screen allows for more information to viewed. My family prefers HP products. They have always lasted through the years with our generations of use and hopefully not abuse, LOL! We also thank Best Buy for the service we received. Big thank you to the Geek Squad for setting it up. I will probably go in for security upgrade soon.

We are very pleased with our HP 17 inch screen laptop. The price was outstanding for the quality and it’s easy to navigate. The Geek Squad has been amazing helping us become familiar with this product.

I was happy with my purchase because I needed a laptop for work that wasn't too hard on the wallet...This product met my expectations for a good price..I require a larger screen because I have problems looking at small print and this fit the bill

I was worried because this was only an i3 processor, but with the new technology, it appears to run as fast as my 5 year old i5 that it replaced. No issues at all.

Nice laptop for the price. The display/graphics are not as crisp as my last hp but I realize it's because of the lower processor. That took some getting used to but other than that this laptop does exactly what I need it to do.

Works great. Love the speed and the clarity of the screen.

This laptop works perfectly for the price I paid. I love my large 17.3 inch screen. Set up was easy and I loved the fact that it came with free virus protection for a while

At this time, we are very pleased with this laptop. We had to upgrade so bought 2 of these laptops. No problems at this time. We chose Best Buy because they had a better deal than any other place we had checked. One place was Office Depot; they were absolutely ridiculous with the price! Very costly for the initial price and then was told that Windows 11 does not come with this laptop, but they would have to add it when I buy the machine, and the cost was an additional $149.99! I then went to Best Buy, told them what happened with Office Depot and was assured that Windows 11 is already on all the machines they have. We are please with their service and price.

We bought thid laptop on sale and it is worth the price since we only use it to check emails and social media accounts.

Ive had many many HPs through the years and they have always been reliable and this one is no different. It runs smoothly with no issues.

I wanted a computer with a big screen, which this one has. I don't use a computer for alot of things so this has what I need.

I gave the laptop 4 stars, due to the keyboard. The power button is in an odd place, and there's only one CTRL key, on the far left. Be prepared to purchase a separate keyboard that has a standard layout.
