I love it. I my old one was taking almost an hour to get on. This one comes orifht away. Getting used to windows 11 is a bit of a challenge for this 85 year old but I’ll get used to it.

I love this computer. It’s really fast, the screen is crisp, and it works really well with zoom. No problems with the cam or microphone. Additionally, the speakers are good too. I use it for school and could not be happier with my purchase.

Great computer. Reasonable price. What's not to like? The 17" screen makes it much easier on these aging eyes. Overall good feel, and performance is also good with the SSD and the Ryzen 5 along with the standard 8gb of ram. So far, I'm happy!

My new HP Laptop works really well, very f ast on opening and am very happy with it. Only thing missing is one or two more USB ports which I did not realize when purchased. No place to play CD's or DVD's. Guess they don't make them like that any more/

This is a nicely designed notebook PC, but I had trouble making the switch from Windows 11 S mode. the problem ultimately turned out to be an issue on Microsoft's end, but when I contacted HP support first, they quickly rolled over and gave up, admitting they couldn't help me. They then offered a telephone number for a support arm of HP that COULD help and it turned out to be a "you pay for this support" number. Yeah, like I'm going to pay anyone at HP for support on a brand new product. Microsoft came through in the end, but seeing how bad HP support is these days will have me looking at other brands next time.

Love this computer ! It is fast and gets the job done. The battery lasts awhile. Bought mine for myself and then went back and bought two more for my family members ! Great computer for the price.

Solid entry level PC laptop with enough extras to be useful. Like the larger screen and the speed is fine for basic type work. Purchased a nice case via other avenues thus it is great.

Laptop is thin and light. It is fast and meets all of my needs. The hard drive from my old laptop was copied over by the Geek Squad. No complaints everything turned out well.
