When I bought it, I didn't think I will meet so many disappointing surprises. I needed high-end performance notebook with lighting fast responsiveness for my work, and that's exactly what they claimed in the add. This laptop has decent speed processor and OK RAM, but all these specs are useless when user can't use them the way he wants. The thing is that Microsoft forcing its Edge browser and Bing as only search engine. User is forced to install ONLY Microsoft-verified apps. So now I CAN'T use my Canon printer, can't use my video-editing software for my work, can't run TD Ameritrade ToS platform on it!!!? No WeBull, Interactive Brokers trading platforms, No Testyworks (which is one of the fastest, most reliable, and most secure trading platforms in the world). I even can't play WoT in this laptop! You'll get a message "For security and performance, Windows 10 in S mode runs MSFT-verified apps". So, this "...ss mode is real PITA mode that is suitable only for the beginners who need just to brows internet and watch YouTube. And for that price you get a machine with only 2 USBs, NO card or CD/DVD reader.

Very Nice and Easy To Use

After some getting used to, I think I like it. I didn't want a touchscreen, so I'm glad it doesn't have that option. It's very convenient, much easier to move around from room to room than my desktops. It's a little large, much larger than I expected. But it is a nice laptop computer.
