    Very satisfied. Quick response to all my directions. I use a mouse as I don’t live the pad on any laptop. Only concern is that the laptop does not seem to open wide enough for the bottom of the case to remain flat on the surface it is settling on . Does not affect the use as the back lifts slightly and rests firmly on the rear portion of the top surface.
