I love the big screen! I just love my new laptop!

I've had this unit for a little over a week and so far have had no problems with it. I really like having a larger monitor screen than the one that was on the laptop that this unit replaced. So far, I'm very pleased!

Great price and large screen! Just leave it in S Mode.

I love, love, love my computer. I bought this one after my laptop that I've had for a few years stopped coming on. I use it to play PC games and the graphics are pretty great considering the fact that this not a gaming laptop.

Good and Decent performance if you got school and work things to do it’s a must but for gaming it’s not as reliable but still decent for it’s price

Needed a new computer as our last purchase was 13 years ago. Obviously a giant learning curve but Geek Squad staff was very helpful setting it up and answering questions. Joshua was excellent! So far my only concern is that the keys are very difficult to read with 70-year old eyes. Price was good.

I’ve only used this for about a month and have only good things to say about it. Much faster than my old one. Easy to set up and transfer files. I use this in a home setting but you could definitely use it for business

This is my first laptop. I got when I started school it got me through the beginning of school, but I eventually had to upgrade due to storage and memory.

I love this laptop, I always use it for homework and take it with every where to finished everything I need, if I have the chance to buy another one, thank you Best Buy for all your help at the store at Victory Lake.

Pretty good. Clicker stopped working after a few months but overall good

I wish I could give 5 stars. Speed, keyboard, display are all excellent. But I get repeated, random BSOD/auto restarts experiences that to date HP support has not resolved.

I like my new computer, but I have had one problem with it. It was fixed quickly but it is a bit unnerving to have to take a computer in to have something fixed in the first month. The person who helped me showed me how to take care of the situation if there is a next time.

Good processing speed, much faster then our old computer. Randomly shuts down with No warning when browsing the web. Randomly loses the WiFi connection when no other devices in the house does,

This laptop out performed expectations. Originally purchased as a work laptop, we have enjoyed streaming movies, gaming, and numerous other operations.

The laptop is amazing, Great graphics and design. GPU and CPU are very fast make the performance of the laptop great.

Excellent laptop. Clear precise graphics multiple functions that aid the operation experience, fast speeds. Excellent price.

You get what you pay for. This is a cheap laptop that is decent for someone who needs to use the internet. Not good for anyone who needs to download softwares or personal info. Only positive is great battery life.

I love this computer, especially the touch screen feature.
