I have used my new laptop maybe 10 times since I bought it a month ago and it keeps randomly turning off out of nowhere. The fear of doing reports and then losing them it’s beyond me. The fact this computer only has a 15 day window is not enough time to see how it really works.

Everything works as expected so far. My wife loves it. Early Christmas present.

I love this laptop. Yes, it's big, but if you need a large, viewable screen, this is the laptop for you. I do have a second screen attached but I can see the laptop screen just as easily. The pc is thin, and lightweight for it's size, easy to carry along. I agree with some of the reviewers that the keys could have more contrast, but it's really not a problem for me. It's fast, has a lot of space and overall is a great pc. NOTE: I am not a gamer and do not know how it would rate as a gamer's pc. I also keep it plugged in, so have not tested the battery life. I replaced a 10 year old laptop with this one and I can't be any happier. This laptop boots up fast compared to my old one. Still trying to get used to windows 11 but so far so good. I use it for music production and it far exceeds my expectation. On my old laptop, when I start adding plugins. the playback will start and have a difficult time do to its age. If I load up the same track on this computer, no issues at all. I store most of my files on an external drive and only essential files is on the SDD drive. The AMD processor does a good job keeping up with all of the process of making music. I also run it with an external monitor for a dual setup. If your into music production, get this laptop.

I like the way the computer looks . It's lite and easy to carry . It's built well it's easy to use the H/P brand is a good brand . I also have a H/P office jet pro 9015 e printer that I'm happy with !" The screen on the computer is crisp and clean . My old computer is a Dell . I'm going to use it in my garage .

This laptop is a good deal. However, you need to update the BIOS using the newest version from the HP website for it to function correctly. Once you do that this runs like a 4790k i7. Plus for like 30 bucks you can add 8GB of 3200 RAM and have a 16GB Laptop with a 17-inch 1080p screen with a 512GB SSD for 600 bucks. I took off a star for the following reasons: 1: The keyboard does not light up in 2022... 2: A BIOS update is required for the processor to operate at it's full speed and deliver snappy loading.

Love this computer. Plenty of speed. I wish I could use word wrap, but they want you to buy and down load Microsoft Office 365 to use it. But the computer is a good buy for under $500. Good resolution. I like the bigger screen. It's the same as my older one. Battery lasts more than 5 hours.

I bought this computer for my small business. I only run a few apps at a time. Nothing big. But let me tell you this is by far the best computer ive ever had. Its fast, light weight, beautiful design and its exactly what I needed.

This is my everyday use laptop. I'm no techie but as long as I'm satisfied with it, I'm a happy person. :) Graphics - superb! Clear and crisp. Love looking at my photos and watching videos and movies. The screen size is perfect too! Had smaller size before, and this never fail to impress me. Sound - perfect! Never had a problem with it, not too loud and not too soft. Memory - serves me well. Never lagged and always fast. No problem with it. Battery - works great! Had to charge atleast every 2 days, depends on how busy I am a day. For sure, will recommend this item.

Bought this for my husband and it is just what we expected from HP-great! We only use HP products at home and at work for me. I bought a similar model for myself approximately 6 months ago and use it extensively. Power, speed and ease of use. We now have three laptops and a desktop!
