The jury is is still out. So far the speed has been good. The display is great. The keyboard works fine...though it does NOT have a lighted keyboard. It will randomly shut down and restart...sometimes then I have to do a manual restart because it does not connect to wifi...not sure what the problem is here.

My shopping experience for my new HP laptop was fantastic. The sales associate was knowledgeable & helpful. The tech department gave me the answers I needed to be successful in transferring my information from my old laptop. Great experience & laptop.

Performs flawlessly. Love the HD screen for watching my car shows on my lunch break. Mostly used for online applications and programs. No complaints so far.

I believe good bang for the buck! Some other feature we not used them long enough. Do not know how long it is going to last that a big question we have to find out and besides we’re not using much just every now and then that hope for the best

I've had this computer for about a month now and so far the only complaint I have is it's hard to see the keys I think cause it's silver. I just use it for email, looking things up, paying bills, and it's just what I need.

I was looking for a laptop sinve my other one decided to kick the bucket, and decided to buy this one. This is a great computer for the price ans what i need it for. Im SUPER happy with my purchase!!

This laptop was purchased to do basic emails, web browsing , and business writing. It is fine as far as value received for dollars spent. It excels in being a cheap laptop .

It serves the purpose of personal use. Unfortunately the letter W broke. Silly me; I was able to glue it back with super glue and it works okay. I love the wide screen.

This is a great laptop. I dont do to much with it except to updated my website and my continuing education classes. But overall it is a good laptop.

I really love this laptop. I was able to set up everything myself and it so far has been awesome. Occasionally the fan gets loud but it has not overheated or anything. I removed S MODE because it sucks. I am used to installing my own software and apps. This laptop was a great purchase!

The specs on this laptop would be as low as you would want to go. Actually for me i think i went one or two options too low. One thing i really miss is my CD ROM driver in the unit and not having to attach it when i need to run a CD - yes i still have times when i want to run a CD. The other option i really miss but did not think i would is backlite keyboard ...the symbols and keyboard is a little odd on this one but overall so far i have been pleased for the price.

Love the computer but what was the best about the visit was the wonderful customer service! The guys who helped was very patient and very helpful.

I love it it’s all more I needed the keyboard is nice the graphics is good and pixel is good as well, it’s great for office or home business especially for school .

It looks stylish, comfortable to carry. It was relatively easy for a tech challenged great grandfather to set up, sync and navigate. I am able to use the help functions intuitively. The 17" screen is wonderful! I had my old HP pavilion for 11 plus years so the ability to scroll off to the side and not be annoyed by the pop-up box giving the web addresses is priceless. I have not used it for gaming yet (addicted to my Xbox one console) but the graphics and larger screen have to be win, win. Battery life is generations ahead of what I'm used to. My old HP is still working by the way even if I need to hold the screen in place with a clothespin. That says a lot about HP quality and durability.

My only issue is the keyboard needs some color adjustments as the silver does not offer the contrast I would prefer.

Post-pandemic, corners have been cut. To meet my price point, I gave up a touchscreen, among other niceties. I got Total Tech, so if anything happens, I know it'll be taken care of!
