Very Good Laptop

The picture, sound and quality were perfect. This was indeed the Best Buy I ever made.

So she put the National Treasure program for membership on this computer.

Great laptop

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have found this to be extremely user friendly and the reason I bought it is it said it's the easiest one to set up which it was very easy to set up not complicated at all thank you to the salesman other than I was told that it did have an SD card reader and it did not have one I had to buy an external one but that's no big deal it's still a good laptop....

Great customer service- initial defect

During initial boot-up, computer crashed and would not turn on. Contacted best buy and they replaced it immediately. Great customer service and so far, the computer is working very well. Rated screen at 3, simply because the video card/screen was shot on the faulty one. New one is a great picture
