This is my fourth HP laptop. The first three were great, all worked perfect. This one however is by far the worst computer I have ever owned, laptop or desktop. It will shutdown and restart up to three times a day, on its own. It runs very slow, always buffering. When you scroll you have to wait before it will move. It also shows that my location is 60 miles from where I am. I like the size.

Got it on sale, then a few weeks later, they price matched the unit. No problems, you would not think it is super fast, but it is much faster than you think.

Excellent value for the price it also meets all of my needs. It is much faster than my old hp laptop. I only do emails and browsing on my laptop. FYI no gaming

The computer is great! The clarity of the screen and response time is amazing. So nice to have all the keyboard back again. The larger screen is also a treat.

still learning about the things my laptop will and will not do.....glad for the Geek Squad's help in transferring documents from my old lap top to the new one.

So far I am loving my laptop. I have not used a pc in so long so still getting used to. I could not download zoom for some reason only draw back.

r my needs. I write a lot for both personal and business needs. The laptop is quick, and responsive with enough features to make it a very good buy.

Works as expected and is much quicker than the 4 year old computer it replaced. Specs indicated it had a lit keyboard but that was not the case.

Few USB ports. No SD card slot. No CD/DVD player. No external monitor port. Had to buy additional devices to address these shortcomings. These once were more or less "standard."

Great laptop but the Internet security can't get downloaded on it even though I paid for the piece of garbage so-called security for my laptop.. That is why I give only 3 stars.

I was serviced by a very intelligent older woman who knew a lot about the early beginnings of computers. She understood my need for a normal size keyboard and larger screen and was able to set me up with something that is working out really well.

This replaced one that I spilled coffee on! Love HP! Plus it still worked with my existing printer. Does everything I need very quickly.

Great product with big screen. Can get the basics handled. Only minor downside in my ooinion, is that it does not have face recognition capability.

Was told it was comparable to computer I was replacing! Not so much. Half the hard drive half the gig. The key board skips and misses strikes. Not at all what I want.

The computer is great, but I filed a price match because the day I received the computer in the mail it was $200 cheaper in the store. I still have not received the $200.

Very nice compact, beautiful style. And my service is now the speed that it should be with this new computer. Love it!

I purchased a HP - 17.3" Laptop - AMD Ryzen 5 - 8GB Memory with a 512GB SSD - The AMD Radeon graphics is the best quality I have seen on a HP 17.3" laptop. I'm very satisfied with its price, speed and overall performance. I sent my granddaughter to Best Buy to purchase one and she to is very happy with her new HP 17.3" laptop

I like the bug screen but it was easy to set up. trying to set up outlook but it couldn't do it, it would not let me sign in.

Super easy setup. Runs smoothly nice screen, keyboard hard to see in some lighting
