This PC is not very good compared to others, fairly slow hard to use

Good price for a laptop. Was purchased for college.

I have always had HP with the AMD processors. But the last 2 I purchased have died. The 1st one died just out of warranty the screen just went black. The 2nd one starting loosing the internet so you had to shut it down and start it back up. I am trying a Dell now so we will see how it works.

I bought this computer for my wife and she loves it.

Good Computer for the price - recommended by my son

Computer shuts down on its own. Screen goes back, Power shuts off. After a few seconds, it will reboot itself, but with no internet. Will not recognize any available internets. Manually power off, wait about 20 minutes, then power back on. May have to do this multiple times before it will detect internet networks. Missed the 15 day return window with Best Buy due to being hospitalized. So now I am stuck with a high dollar flakey computer and no support from the merchant. Couldn't really recommend HP or Best Buy.

The website specs said this WAS a backlit computer, before I ordered it and the day I ordered it! I purchased it on a sale price. Now that it’s back to full price Best Buy has deleted the “backlit” statement. I was only looking to buy a backlit keyboard. I am VERY unhappy. There was not one on display but the salesperson assured me it did have this keyboard. Now after I’ve worked all day to set it up and try to figure out how to “turn on” the keyboard light I discovered Best Buy’s description is incorrect.

Great service and great product. Got the help I needed by a very pleasant employee. Purchased just before the Black Friday sales but was able to take my receipt in and get credit. Excellant. Didn't have to buck the crowds and was able to get the help I needed.

Sound doesnt work but other than that good computer

So far, I am pretty impressed. I love the larger screen, which is very clear and bright. I wish it had windows 10 instead of windows 11, but I am getting used to it overall a very impressive laptop for the money.

Still trying to figure out how to run the thing. ie: access word, micro soft office. at least I have it back on line and can look things up on the internet, access my email and face book.

This laptop is pretty much as expected but there's no ethernet or sd port and not enough usb ports. Also, not HP's fault, but Windows 11 is garbage.

I’m no techie and quite frankly it’s a “duck n dodge”method of operation when I’m at the keyboard. For what I needed and what I expected, I’m so glad I purchased this “diamond in the rough”. Windows 11 and a keyboard to learn!

Works well. Difficult to see the letters on the sliver keyboard. Will do for now but several adjustments to be made i.e. larger print. Keep having to adjust letter size.

This is one neat little computer and all the programs are efficient and easy to follow. Thank you for all your good help to get us started using it as well as WORD 11!! The Tech squad is superb and we are glad

Awesome service. The geek squad provided excellent service and not only recommended a new HP but also repaired my old HP as well. I am very pleased and excited about the relationship with Best Buy. Geek squad.

I like the computer, but it restarts on its own for seemingly no reason. Frustrating. Have contacted Tech Support, but still no resolution. Still frustrating.

I cannot thank Shane and Jay enough for all the assistance they provided. They were extremely helpful and very patient when I visited the store on two separate occasions. They are true professionals!!!

I am happy with the new computer, it is just what I needed. It is ok for my needs and I am happy with it. I have no need of another computer. The computer works fine for all I need and need no other.
