Excellent laptop. So many features the novice will require training. We eventually had a Geek person visit us to train us to take full advantage of the many exceptional features. We are very satisfied.

I purchased this computer and was told open box meaning it was returned for reason and was gone threw to make sure it was A-ok to be restocked and sold. Well after getting home and could not even register. Took it back and even they said it needed to go back for they could not get into the computer. So do not purchase open box anything!!!

Computer not the issue it is getting it set up. I thought it came set up.still trying to set up and get by adds trying to sell me something. I just want a simple computer

This is a second purchase of this style laptop since the first one was awesome; I bought another one for a home office. Always have good luck with HP products.

I just got this laptop, upgraded from a 15 inch HP that was basically the same other than the size. I went to Best Buy and asked for a laptop that would be up for 8 hour workdays, some light gaming & photo editing. I didn't need anything fancy, but I wanted fast & reliable. The man recommended this one. An hour into using it, I noticed that the fan was working pretty hard considering I only had a couple tabs open for work. It also started getting warm, even though I was told this laptop "ran cool." I might return it bc I can't imagine a laptop that can't go without it's fan going wild every 5 minutes is going to last very long working from home full time. I opened a game and it sounded like a jet engine about to take off. It's odd bc my old one was never this bad. I guess you get what you pay for?

no major problems. i am still learning windows 11. you must remember we are mid 80's in age. HOHOHO MERRY CHRISTMAS

Seems to do the job. Lettering on the keys is too light. If you need to look at the keys it will slow you down.

I like the computer even with a smaller screen than I am used to. Serves my needs well. I used a spread sheet a lot. Colors are good.

This laptop might as well be a desktop. It very heavy and it just too large. I returned for a smaller, lighter laptop.

Seems like a good laptop. Just got it today for Christmas. Wish it had an SD card reader, but I can get one for USB port.

works as intended wish it had a bigger hard drive or the internal space for another hard drive but it is what it is for the price
