S Mode sucks and the keyboard IS NOT backlit

BUT, it needs a BIOS update out of the box, and for some reason, this prevents exiting from s mode. HOURS spent with HP support was unable to fix this and ended up reinstalling windows to try and fix it. On a BRAND NEW MACHINE. Also, there IS NO BACKLIT keyboard as described. Best Buy needs to change the specifications listed on the website. I think it is necessary as the keys are hard to read in low light situations. I think I'll be returning mine.

It might work if I'm scrolling through Facebook and watch a clip, but not always. I have Bose speakers plugged in that I used with my last computer. Same result...
