Laptop is light but sturdy and the screen is great. My main problem is that we bought it for some basic video editing and upgraded the RAM. It has more than enough processing power and RAM to meet the requirements for the video editing software, but the computer frequently crashes while rendering. If we wanted to just use it for browsing, word processing, and other basic tasks, then this computer would be great.

so far a pretty solid computer for a great price. i do not use this for gaming, just work and its quick and does exactly everything its supposed to. love it!

Purchased this to replace another HP laptop. I have used HP laptops for a very long time. I find the are both affordable and reliable. It starts quickly and the amount of disk space is exactly what I need. I purchased the 17 inch screen as it is easier to see since I am in my mid sixties. I like the update feature so it keeps HP drivers and firmware updates current. I would recommend using HP laptops if you are looking to buy a new one.

Several positives things to say about the computer. Its light weight, good size screen, ez to use. However, its extremely slow.

this is awesome laptop. It has large screen and great battery life. The price would have better if it was a little lower. But other than that, it is awesome.

PC was an "open box" purchase, and everything was in the box. Sales person knew a lot and was helpful. This laptop works well, Windows 11 S (S, to me, stands for "senseless"), so I got rid of the "S" limitation (only Microsoft approved software can be installed - a highly unnecessary limitation for this user). The solid-state drive is FAST. Display is fine, keyboard is fine. I'd be happier with one or two additional high speed USB ports - a minor issue. Overall, no complaints, my wife (primary user) and I are very satisfied with our new laptop (it's about my 8th one).

Color, brightness, sharpness, and size of screen are good, as is speed. Ease of use stills needs some work, too much trouble to find things you need to know.

The connection is fast. I mostly bought it for the screen size which is great and so is the screen resolution. The charge is good also.

I needed a reliable lap top, and HP was recommended. I am not disappointed as this laptop is just what the doctor ordered (in a manner of speaking). I use this for my power point presentations in my classes.

Very nice..works great...No issues.. It stays charged and has not ever quit yet on its own. I would recommend this computer to anyone.
