This unit is quite, fast which is an A+, this device is fairly new, the only issue is that when using the mouse the clicking sound is a little annoying. If your looking to protect this device it will be hard, there are no cases for it and I tried to purchase a skin which is hard to find for a 17.3 everything out there seems to be for smaller models or Apple devices.

I like this laptop a lot. Windows 11, has a really fast processor and easy to use and navigate. One thing though that I don't like is every now and then the wifi connection gets dropped and I have to go thru some hoops to get it back. I don't know about battery life because I keep it plugged in most of the time.

I was looking for a 17 inch laptop with good features, and this HP 17.3 inch laptop was a very good deal,here on Best Buy, it has a very good size SSD, and so far it works pretty good, I have not had any problems with it, I usually look to get an intel processor, but this AMD Ryzen is pretty good. overall a very good buy.

Great laptop to replace previous HP that was damaged in windstorm. This one doesn’t have a dvd drive, but I hardly ever used the one I had on my old one. Love the big screen, colors beautiful! All software and email works great. Hooked up my speakers, music plays very good, as well as course videos.

Fast, easy to use . Even though is a big laptop it isn’t heavy. On the contrary is very light. For the price, I would recommend.

its a great computer! works smooth and light weight

I’ve been using it for about 1 month and I like it- it’s got a large screen, and a full number pad. I only wish I’d gotten a touchscreen since I’ve also a small Lenovo that is touchscreen I’m I’ve gotten use to being able to touch the screen.

Its wide range of and multi function functions is great. Since I use this computer for both personal and work, it’s the best investment. It’s 17 inch screen is phenomenal especially when watching streaming videos. In fact, I originally bought this for my daughter, but kept it for myself.

I sought a laptop with capacity, yet avoiding unneeded bells and whistles. This HP gives me reason to believe it fits that. The speed of processing, compared to the to be replaced desktop now aging out, is obvious. My interaction with Best Buy following the delivery has been very productive.

The computer in itself is pretty lenghty it works quick and can have alot of open windows something that did cause me some complications is the windows 11 format when it comes to installing programs had to disable a couple of features but the computer in intself no complications

Really great computer for a really great price, I am an HP loyalist and this is up to date with great capacity for what I need it for, mainly doing voice work. Microsoft threw on OneDrive and a 30-day subscription to McAfee safe security. After figuring out how to uninstall both it's running just fine
