This is a great computer to replace my old one which is a Pavilion. While I don't like the fact that it has less features and storage space, it does run smoother and charge faster. If you need one with a larger screen, I recommend this one.

We needed a new computer that could run Windows 11 so we could run the 2022 version on TurboTax. We just use the computer for TT, email, and pictures. This one works great for us. Easy setup out of the box. Nice, big screen.

I bought this on sale and really like the big size monitor. This rarely leaves my home office so I don't travel with it. The only issue I've had with it is the occasional reboots. The NiC comes up with alarm and can't connect to my WiFi. If this continues to happen, I might have to return.

Great purchase. I needed a little bit bigger screen and thats why you pay a little more but its worth every penny. The storage size also helps too.

Bought this for my 97 yr old dad. He enjoys playing solitaire. He loves it!

Great choice as a well rounded laptop. Good speeds for multitasking and some casual gaming. Good for everyday work use as well.

I like the large screen and how quick the response from one site to the next. A mouse is almost a necessity because the accept corner is ultra sensitive and I find myself flipping pages without intending to. But overall I'm happy with the unit.

This is my my second HP 17.3 laptop from Best Buy. My previously laptop lasted 7 years. I am truly enjoying the speed, the accurate resolution of this laptop and the sleekness. This just a beautiful laptop! I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Love my laptop! Wish it had a card reader, but other than that I have zero complaints. It’s still super fast after a year.

This is my first laptop, so there is a bit of a learning curve. And I have to get used to Windows 11, which is just different enough from Windows 10 to be annoying. However the computer is fine. The battery is long lasting. And it was on sale!

I love it, wish it had a light up key board and I had to get a HDMI to USB 3.0 adaptor to run more than 1 additional monitor. Otherwise its wonderful, with a large screen and good sound and power. Got it on sale but would have paid regular price

My third laptop, second HP. Was a great value because it was on sale. Great computer. Battery life is as stated in description. Screen is what I needed; clarity is very good. For home use, probably for a college student, would work well.

I previously bought a laptop that was the wrong fit for me so i traded it in for a different one. It was so easy and everyone was so nice and accomodating.

Love my new laptop. My old one (VERY old!) was so slow and I was blaming it on my internet service. Not so! My new laptop is lightning fast compared to the old one! Now if I could just figure out the new system...

My desktop crashed, yes, it was really old, so I bought this for interim use. I don't do gaming but frequently have 3-4 apps open for university work. The graphics are good, the speed is fast and it works like a charm. The battery seems to last several hours. My only downside is that with all laptops there aren't enough USB ports. I am now buying another desktop for use with a larger screen. However, I am very happy with this new laptop!!

It was quick and worked great to use for browsing and streaming. The color was not vibrant and bit washed on browsers but fine on videos. Couldn't fix that anywhere. And I would get some pops and crackles in the speakers when opening windows so I ended up returning it, concerned there was a short in the soundcard/speakers. I would have kept it otherwise as the color issue didn't bother me browsing. Can't stand win11 but not much they can do about that. Good machine for 500 I paid on sale. Just wish it did have the audio problems.
