First open box laptop did not work but this Hp works great. I returned the original order and the store team helped me find a better choice that also works perfectly and made the problem a better solution.

I bought it for my gf for Christmas. She needed a simple computer for her online jewelry business. Had it a month and she loves it. Looks nice. Easy to set up. Has Windows 11. It will serve it's purpose.

This was easy to set up, very quick and easy to do. I am not very good with this new technology, but I was able to set this up not much help, I love this laptop. Big screen with a clear picture

Excellent laptop for everyday use. The storage has lasted along time.

Seems like a great deal and the reviews were all solid, but it is LOUD. None of the reviews tell you that. When I Googled it, I found out that HP fan noise is a thing. After you close out your apps and are about to sleep, this model sounds like an airplane preparing for ground roll. Not quite that loud, but the same high pitched whirring.

Greay little laptop. We bought 2. Windows 11 decent. U just have to turn off the windows 11 Security deal, if not, you really cant download any software you need. 17" screen is easy to enjoy. Keyboard feels and worjs great. HDMI works great for an ultrawide screen, resolution matched. Some gimic now, ia that Dell and some others are not sending out hjgh pixels to external monitors. Video was horrible. Funny, older Dell's with older tech, HDMI work great. Juat ridiculous! Including 1 USB C input is also great. However, i will having the USB C input was not a replacement for a standard USB. I need more inputs, not the same amount. Haha

Nice computer. I'm a college student. I use the computer for live chats with professors and group class meetings. Works great.

It's a nice laptop, speed is good, Clarity is perfect, could be a little more user friendly for people with it disabilities. Overall it's nice.

I previously bought a laptop that was the wrong fit for me so i traded it in for a different one. It was so easy and everyone was so nice and accomodating.

This laptop is a big upgrade for me. I like the silver keyboard which makes everything much brighter and the large screen. It is great for personal and school work.

Great computer. It was for my grandfather, he just does basic word processing and internet, but it’s perfect for him.

Love it! It’s lighter than my last HP laptop. Up and running quickly and my fingers fit on the keys, no fat finger oops!

This isn't the laptop I wanted but am very glad the sales personal suggested this one which was more reasonable than the 15.6". This doesn't come with google on it but that's not a big concern of mine since I don't do any streaming just paying bills & copying Government documents. I love the big screen & that the battery life is awesome. My last HP laptop was black with white highlited keys were this one isn't but that's ok.

Nice and lightweight but not lacking in quality. Very nice for the price.

Excellent price for this laptop, I purchased this for my granddaughter who is 12 and she loves it.She loves the size of the screen and it makes doing homework a breeze.
