I have only had this a few days, but got everything I wanted loaded and seems to be working. It did "lock up" once, so had to reboot it. Don't know what happened there? I loaded Office 365, Norton and Turbo Tax. As it has a larger screen than my previous laptop, I can't seem to see much difference. So, larger size not worth the price difference.

This performs better than I expected. this is a valuable and reliable computer, so far. I may upgrade a few things in the future, but only out of desire and preference, not because of necessity or lack of function.

I have had my laptop for about a month. It is fast and has the features I need. Especially during this Coronavirus Pandemic! It came with some free software as well. I'm satisfied and would purchase it again.

So far this computer has worked as expected. The main feature of this is the large screen, which looks very nice. It has been responsive and has experienced no issues as of yet.

I upgraded from a 14" Dell with Core I7, 16GB Ram, 500GB hard drive. The Ryzen processor was much newer, but having 17.3 inch screen rocks. Graphics are great for WOT, SWTOR, Rust, MechWarrior.....

Purchased this due to sitting on my laptop placed on the couch while working from home. It was easy to set up and has worked well without any issues. I found it online and picked it up from store.

Good laptop. A little slow if I have too many apps running, but I love the screen size. Volume is nice, and touchpad works great. No problems connecting any of my devises.

I purchased this laptop so that I could work from home. I had no trouble setting it up and adding my work software. So far, it has been a very good laptop, well worth the money.

I bought this laptop specifically to edit 4k video from a Gopro and it does a great job at that! Nice large screen with great clarity. Great for a photographer or videographer!

Great as all HP products are.very easy to use and equipped with everything I need from my laptop. Going to purchase a second one to give to my college bound granddaughter!

The only thing that I don’t ,t like is that it has missing components that have to be downloaded by the purchaser from the manufacturer of the laptop. I don’t remember having that happen to any laptop I have ever had before. It should come with all of them on there when you purchase. People who are not tech savvy would definitely have a problem with this. I know that most of the PC’s and laptops are doing this now. This would be the thing I would change if I were the manufacturer.

I have not used this laptop very much yet, and am still in the middle of setting things up and installing applications and transferring data from my old laptop. But so far, very good. I had a hard time finding one laptop that had more memory, a 1 TB hard drive, a DVR/CE drive built in and all the other features I wanted (camera, ethernet and wireless connections, multiple USB ports, speaker jack, microphone) so I was happy to find this one. So far everything has been very easy to use. It's user-friendly, which I normally hate, but I've had a great experience with this laptop so far.

I bought this lap top to use for on line college. it was a quick easy set up. Lightweight and long battery life. The large screen is easy on the eye.

I bought this laptop for coding. It does everything I need it to do as a developer. I like the big screen and the slim form. It is easy to trasport.

This laptop is easy to set up right out of the box. Large screen and great graphics. I really like the large keyboard and the feel of the keys.

It has a bigger screen than I expected but that was a good thing Works perfect for my needs

I bought this as a replacement home computer. It has more memory and faster processor speeds than what I've been using.
