Great geeksquad experience with Chris today. I needed to purchase a protection plan and a few other questions. Chris was patient listening to my concerns and then prompt to complete my order in a timely manner. Very pleased with my geeksquad purchase already.

I needed an extra computer with added in dvd drive. But I haven5 yet figured out how to download the program I want in windows for photos.

Laptop works great. It’s nice and looks sleek, definitely enjoy this computer!

This laptop is a very good computer for my client that visited me at lammpc.com and I was able to set it up for them and they are very happy with the laptop.

There are still some things I have to learn to navigate. Over all I'm pleased. I'm still comparing it to the one I had for over 12 years, which had features that I liked. Give me time, I'll work through it.

I bought this for my grandchildren for school. It's hard to find a laptop with a disc drive and that is what they love the most!! Great buy for the price.

Unfortunately, this was a gift for my wife for Christmas and the fact that it wasn't a touchscreen made it a nonstarter. I will be returning it this weekend.

A great laptop for general use, work from home, and basic entertainment. Clear display and nice wide screen. Pictures are exactly how the product looks.

My husband had a Lenovo(sp), and it drove him nuts. When it literally died, we researched and decided to stick with HP 17.3 laptop. He did like the feature when the keys lite up, but is fine without it.

This HP laptop from open box sale is a rea[[y great buy. Getting the Geek Squad package has already paid off. all in all, this buy is a 9 out of 10.

Great product was shipped as stated. The only thing if one like a lighted keyboard this model doesn’t have that option. But who needs that to operate and used the keyboard. Remember your home row keys.

Exactly what I needed with a disc drive to play movies and cd’s, HDMI port, SD card reader and everything else I need. I bought another brand 5 years ago and it never worked as good as this one.

All around decent for basic use, web browsing & light tasks.

This was a gift to my son and the second HP lap top purchase. I prefer this brand over dell. My son really like the lap top. I would suggest this lap top brand (HP) to family and friends.

this computer was very easy to set up by my wife (technology challenged) and functions perfectly for her. We stream a lot of videos on the computer and it does everything as expected.

This works perfectly for me going back to school! I don't need to wear my glasses to be able to read on the screen and the battery holds up like a champ!

So far this product is doing what I hoped it would do. A little slow sometimes starting up a new program but otherwise great.

After the first computer I received had to be returned due to malfunction I received the current one in a day. It's working great. Turns on fast. No problems with it.

Works as expected. Good value at sale price. stupid plug into product that must be proprietary on usb cord into computer.
