    Not satisfied at all keep freezing and doesnt stay charged for morecthan an hour. Past my 14 day return period so I guess im stuck with it. So unhappy

    It's a good basic laptop but I purchased this for like son to do his schoolwork.. He was on able to do his homework at see saw I had to return it.

    This laptop was a nightmare. Coming out the box it was super slow and laggy. It took over 2 hours to download updates and it got stuck on the blue updating screen. Every time it reboots it took 3-5 minutes for the computer to turn back on. After all the updates were complete it still took forever for the laptop to turn on. Pulling up any browser and going to a web page was super slow. I returned it the next day and purchased a better laptop.

    I bought this laptop based on my prior positive experiences with HP, and that was a mistake. Even after reinstalling Windows 10 it still takes several minutes to boot, and then several more minutes just to launch Edge (without installing any other programs). Don’t waste your money.
