Slow shipping

Feel best buy sold something that was not actually in stock when it said it would ship the next day. Shipping label was generated right away but no tracking scans appeared for over 10 days.

Now it won’t let me log on. Won’t let me type any letter. Numbers only. And after 3 numbers it automatically states incorrect password. 2nd computer in less than a year that’s crap

Sometimes it shuts down when I plug in the charger. The fan is working like crazy and yesterday for the first time, immediately after it gave me a green low battery warning, it went straight to red and then shut down all before I could reach for the cord. It also didn't recognize my password with the keypad when I tried to log back in the computer, but it recognized it when I used the numbers at the top of the keyboard. With the exception of the battery life (which always sucked), I've loved pretty much everything about it until now, but I shouldn't have all these problems just after 3 years.
