Great size, mainly because I need a bigger screen. Start up,for some reason takes soo long everytime I turn it on. Other than that, works great!

Great computer. I sell "stuff" on eBay so I have plenty of storage for item inventory and pictures of the item I list (and hope to sell). I also do some accounting so the large screen is very nice for the spread sheets I do.

I am always nervous when I buy a new computer, which is not often. My last laptop was HP Pavilion and it lasted 8 years. Every time I get a new one I have to learn new systems, etc. which is why it takes me so long to get a new one. I LOVE THIS LAPTOP! It is almost exactly like my last one, except it doesn't have fan noise, has working battery and I can open and close (really needed to replace last one sooner)! Comments about Microsoft Edge gave me worries, but I have had no problem doing what I need to do with Edge. WWF, Google apps. and all my streaming services work with no problem. No touchscreen, which is what I wanted. DVD drive, and 10 key makes this old gal feel quite at home with this purchase. Price was great and it arrived a week early. So happy with this purchase.

I was in need of a laptop, and the prices and specs of rest of the can almost get overwhelmed. This one was recommended to me by family and I could not be happier with the price and the speed and storage. Overall great laptop

this laptop has a very large screen area - super nice for watching movies and youtube. I bought it for the cd player which works very well. It does take awhile to start up however.

Purchased for my wife and she enjoys the speed and size of the monitor. Still early in our experience but so far, pretty good.

This computer does everything I need and is very responsive. Easy to set up too. I am quite pleased and have added MsOffice and mcafee antivirus software with no problems.

Absolutely love it. Was running slower recently but went in and manually made sure everything updated. Now works like new again.

First, outstanding delivery service from Best Buy. I ordered on a Monday received the laptop next day at my house. Best Buys delivery time has been better than Amazon. The Laptop is perfect for what we were looking for. The graphics are not good but we bought the laptop specifically for the internet and email for those purposes and the price it is perfect. The only other issue is there is no light on the keyboard, but again our focus was price and just basic functions, for the functions we were looking for this laptop delivers.

Does everything I need it to do. I love the built in dvd drive. It’s pretty big but that’s fine with me.

I bought this for my work from home job. It is an excellent computer for the money. Very fast and reliable.

I like that the letters on the keyboard are a little larger than normal. I was expecting this laptop to have a better battery life than the laptop it was replacing. Nope. About the same. Just on battery power, I get about 1 1/2-2 hours run time without running a DVD or anything hard core. Laptops today I thought were supposed to be at least 4 hours plus. I needed to get a new laptop anyway.
