    I like that the letters on the keyboard are a little larger than normal. I was expecting this laptop to have a better battery life than the laptop it was replacing. Nope. About the same. Just on battery power, I get about 1 1/2-2 hours run time without running a DVD or anything hard core. Laptops today I thought were supposed to be at least 4 hours plus. I needed to get a new laptop anyway.

    It's a lot better than my old laptop. It has everything I need and more. Great storage and nice speeds. Graphics are nice too.

    I already had this laptop and when I saw this on sale I jumped on it. I picked it up for my wife. This is one fast laptop and windows has vastly improved its windows program. I can not believe how much easier it is to use over the old windows 10 when it first came out. the unit it self is sleek, light, and has enough side ports for me. I can not say enough good things about this model.

    I was disappointed that the laptop and cord were not boxed in new condition - this was an open box but the cord was "all over the place" and there was no protection on the laptop. I had issues with the laptop from the beginning. It would not move from "Restarting" and this was a major inconvenience. The only thing I like is the size and the built in DVD/CD player.

    I actually just received and set up the new lap top. It has the perfect size screen easy to use and just right for my needs. I am very happy with the HP laptop. I have only used it for the past two days and so far i am extremely happy

    I love the screen size and quality of it. The texture of the keys makes accurate typing fast and easy. The processing speed is good and the fan is very quiet. The setup could not have been easier. I’m very happy with this purchase.
