We were lucky enough to catch this laptop on sale which was great. The screen is way bigger than we anticipated which works since it was for my Mother in law. We've always been an HP customer and have always been pleased with our laptops.

As a repeat customer for HP products, my decision was simple. Great value for the money. I purchased this as a backup laptop for my documentation. It’s fast, has excellent color and screen displays. Easy peazy plug and play features.

I bought it for two reasons: travelling and vacations, and to be able to interface with the TV, with price as a major consideration. It worked fine out of the box, and for the price, I don't think it can be beaten. No complaints.

The laptop seems ok, I am just having a difficult time figuring out Win 11 which came on it. Also, the silver color is nice, but makes the keys hard to see under some lights. I really like the larger screen.

Big, very fast, and nice display. Only downside is the lettering on the keyboard is too light, need more contrast there.

No complaints! Glad I purchased this laptop. Large screen, easy to read keys, a place to rest your mouse. I like that the number key pad is on the right for those who prefer it this way instead of reaching for the number keys on the top.

My previous laptop was HP and it was time to replace. So far, I am pleased with this purchase. It was easy to remove the S mode so I could use Google Chrome. I'm also pleased with the price. I went in the store to purchase after shopping online.

I bought this for for personal use and I love the product! It was a great buy for a great price! I love that the screen is so large and the quality. I was able to accomplish everything I needed

This was not an open box excellent. This laptop was defective laptop from the get go. After 3 months It started crashing, I could not download, it said my storage was full even after deleting things, i could not even do a reset as it would not allow me. This was a horrendous purchase. Support of course will not help unless you purchased addition support. They could not even dial into it remotely. I am just sick to my stomach i wasted my money. Never buying from best buy again. Wish i could give a 0.

I wanted a new computer that was faster with a large screen for ease of view and this is great. No problems. Had them transfer my old computer to the new one and it was a breeze.

Was looking for a fairly inexpensive laptop that offered a larger screen and numerical (calculator type) keyboard, with sleek keyboard. This checked all the boxes. It is everything I was looking for at a decent price.

This is the best laptop I have ever owned. The size is just perfect and I am able to see the screen much and I am enjoying having an excellent laptop such as this one.

The only thing I don’t like is the contrast of colors on the keyboard it makes it hard for me to see the letters and numbers other than that it’s a good computer for the price

Love everything about the Laptop EXCEPT for the KEYBOARD. Why HP didn't use BLACK on silver is a question mark. Very difficult to read unless you are right over looking down. Otherwise this was an excellent value when on sale.

I like a big screen and adore HP products I have had in the past. his rang all my bells and checked all the boxes EXCEPT one, NO touch screen??? No dice. Took it back right away. my last 2 laptops were touch screens and I am spoiled now.

Love this laptop. It's fast enough, easy to use, and the larger screen is great. I highly recommend it if you are just looking for a great at home laptop. Unlike others, I have no problem seeing the lettering on the keys.

This is an excellent laptop with good resolution. The display is crisp for movies. It has a fast streaming speed, even when Norton was installed. I just needed a good, basic laptop with a large screen and with Windows 11.

Solidly built, relatively fast. I actually purchased a Lenovo Think Pad 3 several days prior to this purchase. The Lenovo was so ridiculously slow, that I returned it with in two days and purchased this one. Much better choice.

Labtop is a good buy for size and speed. The letters on the keyboard are too light to see. I had to purchased some dark lettering covers and that fixed the problem.

lOVE THE LARGER SCREEN AND SPEED. THIS HAS BEEN A GREAT CHOICE FOR ME AND APPRECIATE ALL THE HELP I HAD PICKING THIS ONE OUT.
