I was in need of a laptop for school. I was looking for a big screen and something with a number pad. It’s a bit big for my liking but I like the processing speed.

I love my new hp laptop! It is so sleek and the keyboard buttons are so cushiony! I love all of the options it gives me! I would recommend this laptop to anyone and the price was so affordable!

Once you go big you don’t go back; an overlooked thing that is amazing about this computer is it has an NVME2 SSD, it is about 6x faster than traditional SATA hard drive. It is stupid fast for the price!

I absolutely love this laptop. It's so easy to type on and I love the larger screen as well as th placement of the mousepad on it. My wrist doesn't get in the way when typing and mess things up.

The laptop helps a lot with my job and school especially where I can see the screen. The only thing I wished it had was lights that show up on the keyboard to see the letters better.

at first this HP laptop was A bit confusing to set up. but with some help from the geek squad, & common sense, pretty good little machine.

I replaced my 5 year old HP Lap top which still worked fine. The speed is much faster on my new one. After an initial loading Glitch which geek sqd fixed. I am very happy with my over all purchase.

Rather simple. It's a good laptop & was at a good cost, and the Geek squad was quick to help my wife xfer everything from her old laptop over to the new one & set it up for her.

Overall an ok computer. It works for the basics like browsing and MS Office. It’s too large for my needs with the 17” screen.

Perfect screen size and capabilities for my mom. She prefers large screens for better visibility. And she works as a school teacher, so the specs on this are more than enough for her uses.

Bought to try out windows 11. Have not used another computer since. Super fast at start up. Put in a 512 card, now plenty of storage

Large FHD screen is fantastic. The speed of operation is fast as lightning. Time it takes from out of box to fully operational is quick and easy. It's very large and cumbersome.

This laptop surprised me at how much I like it. Great size with numbers keyboard. Great touch, look, clarity of screen. Light weight too. They made the purchase easy and very affordable.

Works as promised. No problems so far. Retired. No gaming use here. Works ok for surfing and managing personal business. And streaming our favorite radio to our bluetooth speaker system.

Very happy with this purchase - we have been very satisfied with HP laptops as they are very reliable and a good value...really like the big screen on this one and the price was attractive.

All i care is that it isnt an oversized over glorified cell phone that they call a laptop. This laptop actually does what a computer is supposed to do.

Nice Laptop and well worth the money. The set up was a bit tricky for some reason with wifi but cannot complain. The display is wide and bright and definitely better than a smaller 15 in display.

have just started to use it regureally. the laptop works very well. my limited knowledge of computer is most of my problems but this one seams to help me out. glad I went to BEST BY.

After having an all-in-one computer, we are enjoying the portability of the laptop. We are easily finding our way around the programs and happy with our HP laptop selection.
