Laptop is just what we needed at a great price. Geek Squad setup was fast and easy. We were able to take it home and had no problems getting logged in and setup.

An excellent laptop and exactly what I was looking to replace an 8 year old laptop. Set up was easy, product is excellent and delivery was very prompt.

Very pleased with this laptop. Came with Windows 10 and immediatly on start up updated to new Windows 11. I am still feeling my way around this but have no regrets.

I love this laptop. This was a birthday gift for me. It arrived as promised and I got it before my birthday. It's just what I need. I love the size.

Great value for the money. Didn't need anything to fancy, just running quickbooks on it. BTW, it is not touchscreen, if that is important to your needs.

Had to replace hp pavillion O had cause bottom screen cracked. Was on sale black monday for 399. Using one drive everything transferred easily. Like the large screen.

Very nice..i like it...EXCEPT..you cannot see keyboard figures..i had to buy black and white stickers for keyboard..whoever designed that wasn't thinking at all

The computer is extremely lightweight and the large screen are fantastic. The speed of the computer is excellent. All applications are working properly.

I didn't know it was as big as it is but i love it. I bought it for my work at home job and its a really nice computer so far only issue is i feel like when you down load something you have to close everything you have open and restart them or else the comouter will run slow. still looking into that but other than that its a great basic computer.

My HP laptop is just what I needed. Priced right and does all that I need my laptop to do for personal and business use. HP service I have come to count on too!

Had everything I was looking for based on the more value side price point except a lighted keyboard. I assumed that was standard on laptops but it appears it is not.

It's a great laptop. But I wish I had notice the key board. The lettering is too light should of been darker. Other than that a great laptop. Great price at the time.

This HP is a very good laptop that suits my needs for work perfectly. The large screen makes reading my work much easier. My eyes are not what they used to be.

Works well for what I need. Good color display. Keyboard letters could be darker in color or lighted, Letters and numbers hard identify at different times during the day. Speaker could be louder, Volume control should keep the same setting from screen to screen. Screen could be too wide, seems like a lot of wasted space. Touch pad requires too much force to operate, Keep having to bang on it to accept a command. Comas should be more defined. May have been over priced.

Very happy with my new HP laptop. Serves us well for what we need. Price was perfect for what we needed. Size was larger than we expected and very delighted.

Great Computer for the Money. Needed a separate laptop to do some work related things on. This one gets the job done and at a great value.

This is the perfect laptop for everyday use. It is fast and does everything I need it to. I can check my emails and stream on twitch without a problem.

Great computer for the price. Would purchase again. If I could complain about anything battery life isn’t great but given how big the screen is it’s decent.
